Burrini's Prime Meats was established in 1966 in Mendham, N.J. Since then, high quality &  great service became our reputation. Our meats have a taste of quality you may remember from a long time ago. We handle only USDA Prime and Certified Black Angus beef. Our Butchers have over 100 years of combined experience. We welcome any questions of how to cook, carve, and serve your meats! We custom cut to your specifications! Our "Milk Fed" Veal is the whitest in the land and our butchers know exactly how to slice it. This guarantees you the finest nature has to offer.

Frank "Cuz" Burrini is a Burrini first cousin and brings decades of expertise as a butcher and meat manager. He started out in the meat business in Mendham in the sixties and early seventies before going into another field. Franks been back at Burrini's since 2002 and just loves it.

Butchers. There's not many left! Our butchers can tell you the cut you need for the dish and how to cook it!

Ground Meats. All our meats are ground on premises from solid muscle meat. To you, our valued customers, this means quality, freshness and safety of the products you purchase here are the best it can be. Other markets and fast food establishments bring in meats already ground and packaged at third party locations making it difficult to control quality.

Chickens. Our chickens arrive ice-packed; not prepacked in plastic with a gas flush. Customers always ask, "Why do your chickens taste better?", and we tell them, "it is because they are ice-packed like in the old days - and without added preservatives."

Sausage. Homemade on our premises using our own recipes.
Turkey London Broil. In our own marinade - no one has a product quite like this. It is the best!

Steaks. All our steaks are aged 21 days before they are cut.

Lamb. We carry American Lamb - the BEST in the world!

Custom Cuts. Whether you need very thin cuts, specialty cuts, freeze-wrapped, or packaged a certain way, we will accommodate your requests. At Burrini's Olde World Market, we are here to serve you!

Ground Fresh Daily

In many cases, ground meat that you buy in a chain grocery store was first ground last week somewhere, stuffed into a plastic tube and trucked to your local grocer. The meat is then re-ground (hence the labeling "ground fresh daily") and packaged into smaller packages for the consumer.
